2024 SFBA High School Off-Season Summer Training camp

The SFBA Off-Season Summer Training Camp is designed for incoming and current high school basketball players looking to prepare for their upcoming school tryouts and elevate their skills and athletic ability to prepare for the 2024-2025 High School Basketball Season. We offer two 4-week sessions that combine 4 Days of basketball skills training per week as well as 3 days of strength training at a private fitness facility. A maximum of 15 athletes will be accepted into each session.
Put in the work this summer to be ready for high school basketball.

 

Basketball Skill Development

Basketball Skills Training 4 Days Per Week Monday - Friday. 

Skills training includes 

  • Correction of shooting form

  • Ball Handling

  • Finishing at the basket

  • Film Break Down from Local High School Basketball Teams

  • Structured Scrimmages

  • Understanding use of offensive actions

  • Defensive techniques and principles

Off-Season Strength Training

Strength Training 3 Days Per Week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

Strength Training Includes

  • Vertical Jump Training and Agility Using the Vertimax

  • Improved Foundational Strength Development for basketball

  • Cognitive and Reaction Training Use BlazePods

  • Improved Mobility and Stability

  • Improved Force Production and movement quality for basketball

  • Initial Assessment in week 1

  • Final Assessment to track progress in week 4

  • Develop the strength movement quality to become a better athlete and reduce your chances of in-season injury. 


Session A June 10th - July 3rd - $1200/Session
